These use cases and best practices are based on real customer engagements and the platform practices that came out of them, written up so you can judge whether the same approach and build fits your situation. They span the ground we work on every day: GitOps and internal developer platforms, observability for autoscaling infrastructure, introducing AI to organizations, container architectures under strict availability and data protection requirements, and the question of how to prove a platform’s value to the people funding it. Each write-up covers the starting position, the decisions taken and what they achieved, including the parts that were harder than expected. Client names are omitted; the industries and constraints are real.
